Shipping Policy
  • Free Shipping (Mainland U.S.)
    - Orders $350 and above ship free via Standard Shipping (UPS Ground).
  • Standard Shipping (Mainland U.S.)
    - Orders under $350: $15 flat fee (weight or size does not affect rate).
      - Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping
      - Expedited delivery (3–5 business days) is available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
      - Express shipping is not eligible for free shipping promotions.
  • Hawaii & Alaska
      - Free shipping promotions do not apply.
      - Standard Shipping: $25 flat fee.
      - Delivery may take longer than the continental U.S.
      - Express Shipping: additional cost, calculated at checkout.
  • PO Boxes
      - Orders shipped via USPS.
Return & Exchange Policy
  • Eligibility
    - Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
    - Returns accepted only for orders shipped within the United States.
  • Return Window
      - Full-price items: within 28 days of shipment.
      - Sale items: within 14 days of shipment.
      - Final Sale & made-to-order: not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return Fees (Change of Mind)
      - Mainland U.S.: $9.95 restocking fee deducted from refund. For high-value items ($1,000+), a 5% restocking fee may apply.
      - Hawaii & Alaska: Customer responsible for return shipping costs + applicable restocking fee.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items (Brand Responsibility)
      - Returns are free of charge.
      - No restocking fee will apply.
      - A full refund, including original shipping charges, will be issued.
      - Exchanges may be offered depending on availability.
  • Exchanges
      - One free exchange per order for the same item in a different size.
      - Additional exchange requests will be processed as a return (refund + new order).
      - Different styles or colors require a return and new purchase.
      - Store credit option may be offered to waive restocking fees.
  • Refunds
      - Processed to the original method of payment after inspection.
      - Standard returns (non-defective) do not include refund of original shipping charges.

  • VIP Clients
      - In addition to email and live chat, direct phone concierge support is available.
      - Dedicated line information is shared privately with VIP clients.

      - Instagram, Pinterest, and other channels are used for brand communication only.
      - Customer service inquiries are not processed via social media.
